At Kautilyas, we strive to provide high-quality training and a satisfying learning experience. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please read our policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

• Cancellation made within 3 days of registration and before the course start date.
• Course cancelled or postponed by Kautilyas due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Technical issues that prevent access to course material (verified by our support team).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If the participant has already attended any sessions or accessed course materials.
• No-show or withdrawal from the course without valid reason.
• Requests made after the course has started (except for course cancellation by Kautilyas).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, send an email to info@kautilyas.in with your name, course details, and reason for the request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
